PropertyBuyer.ai provides automated real-estate–related information, including home and property listings, public record-derived insights, market analysis, and tools for viewing details about residential properties listed for sale on the internet, including from real estate websites and MLS listings where permitted.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using PropertyBuyer.ai, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts & Automatic Consent

By creating an account, logging in, or using PropertyBuyer.ai, you expressly consent to:

• Collection of your email address and contact information.
• Collection of your home-buying preferences, searches, viewed properties, and market interests.
• Sharing of these details with licensed real estate agents or brokers ("Realtor Partners") as potential leads.

Realtor Partners may contact you directly to provide services. If you do not consent, you must not use the Service.

4. Third-Party Listings & Data Sources

PropertyBuyer.ai retrieves and aggregates publicly available real estate information, property records, and market data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party listing or information.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data, reverse engineer functionality, or violate applicable real estate advertising and licensing laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All PropertyBuyer.ai content, software, and branding are protected intellectual property. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the Service without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. PropertyBuyer.ai does not act as a real estate broker, agent, or advisor.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

11. California Consumer Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the rights to Access, Delete, Correct, Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing, Limit Sensitive Data, and Non-Discrimination. Our lead-sharing with Realtor Partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA.

12. Additional U.S. State Privacy Rights (CO, VA, CT, UT)

Residents of Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah may exercise the following rights:
